Late policy
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. Please arrive on time so we can give you the best experience possible.
Booking requests
All appointments are confirmed on WhatsApp. For colour, send us a photo of your hair now and of the look you'd like, and tell us if you have a preferred stylist.
Cancellation policy
Cancelling less than 12 hours before your appointment, or not showing up, may add a fee to your next appointment.
Colour consultation
New to colour with us? We start every colour service with a short consultation, so the result suits your hair and your plans.
